Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in Spring Boot development and guide engineers on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain coding standards, testing procedures, and debugging techniques for Spring Boot applications.
  • Contribute to overall architecture ensuring Spring Boot solutions align with business goals.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions using Spring Boot.
  • Mentor mid-level developers and analysts on Spring Boot best practices.
  • Design and architect solutions using advancements in Spring Boot and related technologies like ECS, Kubernetes, and Open Shift.
  • Optimize Spring Boot applications for performance and stability, addressing scalability, security, and maintainability issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in Spring Boot applications.
  • Apply test-driven development (TDD) methodologies for high-quality code within the Spring Boot framework.
  • Ensure security of Spring Boot applications with appropriate authentication, authorization, and security measures.
  • Assess risk when making technical decisions, safeguarding the company's reputation and assets.
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to company policies.
    • Requirements:
  • years of hands-on experience in Java/JEE, Spring, and Hibernate with significant emphasis on Spring Boot.
  • Deep expertise in Spring Boot, including Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, and related projects.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and deploying Spring Boot applications.
  • Understanding of containerization technologies (ECS, Kubernetes, Open Shift) and their integration with Spring Boot.
  • Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing software solutions for performance and stability.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Expertise in test-driven development (TDD).
  • Expertise in authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  • years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
  • Extensive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
