• Develop innovative solutions to tackle industry problems using C# and .NET
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members
• Write well‑designed, scalable, reliable, testable and reusable code following best practices, clean code, and solid principles
• Contribute to the full development life cycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing
• Design, develop, and maintain database support tools and applications
• Detect, report, investigate, and fix product defects
• Automate testing, including unit and integration tests
• Optimize code and apply best practices
• Maintain high standards of quality for code, technical documentation, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams through code reviews and design discussions
• Participate in community activities such as meetups and conferences
• Be active in brainstorming and idea generation activities
• Stay up‑to‑date with advanced technologies to provide best solutions for new projects

• Minimum of 5+ years of related industry experience working in software development environments
• Strong background and experience with C# and .NET (Java is a plus)
• Solid problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience with SQL databases, T‑SQL, stored procedures, triggers
• Nice‑to‑have front‑end experience:
  JavaScript, Angular
  
  JS, CSS
• Experience with TDD and BDD
• Bonus:
  Dev Ops/Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure as Code / Service concepts
• Nice‑to‑have exposure to JSON, XML, AngularJS
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study
