Our innovative enterprise technology division seeks a hands-on Staff Generative AI Engineer. This individual contributor role focuses on building, deploying, and architecting sophisticated AI solutions with no management responsibilities. You will tackle complex workflows and drive operational efficiency through intelligent automation while contributing to the strategic direction of Generative AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop large-scale Generative AI applications

• Design intelligent agents to automate enterprise processes

• Demonstrate expertise in Open Shift for containerized deployments

• Influence technical strategy and product roadmap decisions

• Uphold software engineering best practices in mission-critical systems

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience

• Expert in Python for AI development

• Hands-on with Large Language Models and agentic frameworks

• Proven ability to deploy AI systems at scale

• Familiarity with Postgre

SQL and vector databases
