We are in search of an experienced Workflow and Microservices Lead to spearhead our case management and workflow solutions. With at least 6 years in workflow platforms, you will enhance our systems leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and BPM methodologies. Your expertise is vital for sophisticated deployments aligned with business goals and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle of case management and workflow solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements

• Provide advanced technical expertise and coding standards

• Conduct code reviews to promote continuous improvement

• Mentor other developers and analysts for skill development

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in workflow and BPM technologies

• Experience in IBM BAM/BPM with 2-3 enterprise implementations

• Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot

• Extensive background in scalable distributed systems

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's preferred
