Citi is seeking a Workflow and Microservices Lead to enhance our robust applications in a hybrid work environment. Your expertise in BPM and microservices will drive innovation and success.

As a Vice President, you’ll lead the complete lifecycle of Case Management and Workflow solutions within our technology team. We are looking for someone with significant experience in IBM BAM/BPM and a strong coding background to design scalable applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensuring systems are aligned with business goals and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle of Case management and workflow solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements

• Define coding and implementation standards for projects

• Conduct code reviews to foster continuous improvement

• Mentor and coach developers and analysts on best practices

Requirements:

• 6+ years in workflow and BPM platforms

• Experience with IBM BAM/BPM implementations

• Strong Java and Spring Boot proficiency

• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
