Salesforce CRM Developer
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role contributes to the development of high-quality solutions for defined problem areas, working under general guidance while building strong technical expertise in enterprise CRM delivery.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for well-defined business requirements

Translate functional requirements into technical designs with guidance from senior developers and architects

Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations following established standards

Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities such as Flows, validation rules, and object configurations

Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical documentation

Support integration development with external systems using APIs

Perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, and resolve defects

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices

Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing maintenance activities

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product owners

Follow enterprise governance, security, and release management processes

What You Bring

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration

Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and standard platform capabilities

Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Familiarity with development lifecycle processes (Agile, CI/CD, version control tools such as Git)

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions with guidance

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment

Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce platform and enterprise delivery model

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience

Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Preferable Skills & Experience

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

Experience with Service Cloud capabilities (Case Management, Omni‑Channel, Knowledge)

Experience with Sales Cloud capabilities (Leads, Opportunities, pipeline management)

Exposure to enterprise integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft or similar)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Familiarity with Dev Ops tools such as Gearset, Azure Dev Ops, or similar

Exposure to CRM data migration or transformation initiatives

Awareness of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce, etc.)

Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
