Job Overview
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java microservices development using Spring Boot to design and implement scalable backend solutions for fixed income applications.

Responsibilities

Architect design and implement Java microservices that meet fixed income business requirements.

Lead development efforts ensuring code quality, scalability, security, and compliance with financial regulations.

Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and incident management.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.

Analyze system performance and optimize microservices for efficiency and reliability in fixed income workflows.

Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and industry regulations.

Engage with stakeholders—including traders, risk managers, and analysts—to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills

Java, Microservices, Spring Boot

Experience with containerization and cloud deployment

Strong knowledge of fixed income financial products

Compensation: $91,511.00 to $ per year.
