Your role will encompass architecture evolution, code delivery, and mentoring fellow developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of case management workflows

• Collaborate with teams to define and enhance systems

• Conduct code reviews and promote continuous improvement

• Integrate workflows with Citi's internal systems

• Mentor and support development teams

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in workflow and BPM platforms

• 2-3 enterprise implementations with IBM BAM/BPM

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
