Hybrid- 3 days onsite/2 days remote

Must haves:

10+ years of front-end development experience
Strong expertise in React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap
Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) and integrating REST APIs (JSON/XML)
Hands‑on experience with OIDC and PKCE authentication flows in SPAs
Extensive knowledge of WCAG 2.x AA, AODA, and WAI-ARIA accessibility standards
Experience with application architecture, technical documentation, and system integration
Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and root‑cause analysis skills
Experience working on large‑scale enterprise applications

Nice to Have:

Public sector / municipal government experience
Experience with Stencil.js (Web Components) and Backbone.js
