Location:

Toronto, Canada

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners, business users, and solution architects to manage backlog and production support

Develop and configure applications using Majesco (ICD/ICM), including workflows, object models, and mappings

Design and implement business rules using rules engine

Handle production support and UAT activities

Perform unit testing, deployment, and data validation

Ensure application performance and meet business requirements

Work with Agile teams and track tasks using tools like Jira

Required Skills

Strong domain expertise in  Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance (North America)

Hands‑on experience in  Java‑based development (OOP concepts)

Experience in  HLD/LLD design and application development

Knowledge of  Oracle DB, RDBMS concepts, SQL scripting

Familiarity with  XML/XSD and REST APIs

Exposure to  CI/CD pipelines (Azure or AWS)

Understanding of  Agile methodologies and release processes

Good to Have

Experience in requirement gathering and business process understanding

Compensation
The base compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
