Rhapsody Integration Specialist in Healthcare

We are looking for a Rhapsody Integration Specialist to maintain vital healthcare interfaces across enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.

Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless integrations.

In this position, you will support and administer the Rhapsody Integration Engine, actively monitoring and troubleshooting HL7 and API integrations as necessary. Your solid understanding of healthcare systems, particularly with Epic and MEDITECH, will be vital to your success. You will also develop Java utilities to enhance integration capabilities and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Rhapsody Integration Engine functionality

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot integration issues

• Collaborate with application teams to deploy interfaces

• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks

• Participate in on-call support as needed

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in integration support

• Extensive knowledge of Rhapsody Integration Engine

• Expertise in Java development and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of HL7 standards and FHIR

• Familiar with ticketing systems like Service Now or Jira
