Required Experience & Qualifications

• Data Modeling & Schema Design: expertise in designing flexible schemas and choosing between embedding and referencing documents to optimize performance.
• Query Optimization: proficiency in writing optimized MongoDB queries, utilizing indexes, and leveraging explain plans.
• Aggregation Framework: strong ability to create multi‑stage pipelines for complex data processing.
• Programming Proficiency: experience with driver‑specific languages such as Node.js, Python, and Java.
• MongoDB Tools: familiarity with MongoDB Atlas, Compass, and Ops Manager.
• CRUD Operations: deep knowledge of create, read, update, and delete actions in No

• Infrastructure Management: configure and deploy replica sets and sharding for high availability and horizontal scaling.
• Application Integration: work with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB with Node.js, Python, or Java applications.
• Documentation: maintain detailed documentation for database architecture, schemas, and API procedures.

Salary Range: CA $ 100,000 – CA $ 130,000 per year.
