Overview of the organization

The COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability is responsible for the development of best‑in‑class technology platform solutions for Operations, including development of an integrated portfolio of Operations tools, end‑to‑end solution design for large scale transformation initiatives, design governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies.

This role is for an innovative Full Stack Engineer to help build out solutions that comprise of agentic flows and application integration, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the technical direction of products and services, instill engineering best practices, and promote cultural change within the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows across enterprise‑wide applications and processes, and to develop partnerships with third‑party providers for validating and adopting best‑of‑breed solutions.

• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Be adaptable and resourceful in navigating complex technical and organizational challenges.

• Deep hands‑on experience in engineering and executing enterprise solutions that scale effectively.
• Fluency in at least two programming languages, with a strong preference for Python and Java. Proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script and Golang is also highly valued.
• Good understanding of Language Models (LLMs), transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.
• Experience with relevant frameworks such as Spring (AI, Boot, Core, etc.), Flask, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and ML Flow.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Experience with messaging and integration platforms like Kafka or JMS/MQ.
• UI development skills with technologies such as React JS or Stream Lit.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and Web Socket APIs.
• Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
• Experience with build and deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins and Gradle.
• Strong engineering experience with high‑performance, large‑scale distributed systems.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Copilot or Devine.

• A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic start‑up environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.
• Proven track record in producing high‑quality project artifacts.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable systems.
• Motivated self‑starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
