Become a Java Developer specializing in backend solutions for the Banking sector in Mississauga. We're looking for candidates experienced in Java, Microservices, and API development.

Our team needs a Java Backend Developer with 5 to 14 years in the Banking/Financial Services domain. Ideal candidates should excel in Java (versions 8, 11, 17), Spring Boot, and possess strong skills in Microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Hands-on experience with Kafka and MongoDB is imperative for success in this hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Java-based microservices

• Implement RESTful APIs per enterprise architecture

• Optimize and design SQL queries for applications

• Develop MongoDB schemas and queries for performance

• Create Kafka-based messaging for event-driven applications

Requirements:

• 5–14 years of backend development experience

• Expertise in Java, Spring frameworks, and Microservices

• Hands-on with Apache Kafka and MongoDB

• Experience in AWS or Open Shift environments

• Must have experience in Banking or Financial Services
