Position: Zensurance Staff Software Developer for Integration
Be a part of Zensurance's innovative team as a Staff Software Developer focusing on integration. This remote-first role allows you to architect robust integration solutions primarily with Salesforce.

You will directly report to the Director of Engineering, working on architectural design and integration management. This position emphasizes collaborating with IT and product teams, implementing enterprise best practices, and establishing seamless integration solutions across various systems. Your deep understanding of Salesforce will be essential to creating sophisticated code-driven integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Salesforce integration and data strategy

• Define ownership and truth across platforms

• Create scalable integration patterns with observability

• Replace no-code solutions like Zapier with engineered methods

• Collaborate with business stakeholders for change management

Requirements:

• Hands-on Salesforce platform experience

• Proficient in Type Script and PostgreSQL

• Experience with REST, SOAP, and Webhooks

• Familiarity with distributed systems practices

• Strong data modeling and integration metrics expertise
