Triunity Software is looking for a talented Service Now Developer to join our growing team in Mississauga, ON! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design, build, and optimize powerful Service Now solutions that drive real business impact. • Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, modules, and platform enhancements
• Configure and customize Service Now workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain Service Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system administration
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues within the Service Now environment
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans

• Proven experience as a Service Now Developer with hands-on platform configuration and scripting
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Now Studio
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other Service Now modules is a strong asset
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and third‑party integrations
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
