We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join our technology team in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit
.

You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications.
• Build responsive and high-performance mobile experiences using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
  .
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust mobile solutions.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into iOS applications.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code following iOS development best practices.
• Work with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, Dev Ops, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Stay current with the latest Apple technologies, iOS releases, and mobile development trends.

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
  .
• Strong proficiency in Swift
  .
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and UIKit
  .
• Strong understanding of iOS SDK, Xcode, Cocoa Touch, and Apple development frameworks.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
  .
• Strong knowledge of JSON, networking, and asynchronous programming
  .
• Experience with Git and modern source-control practices.
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of iOS application architecture and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or VIPER
  .
• Strong understanding of memory management, concurrency, performance optimization, and debugging.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Combine and/or async/await
  .
• Experience with Core Data or other local persistence technologies.
• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and background processing.
• Familiarity with Firebase and mobile analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Bitrise
  .
• Experience publishing and managing applications through App Store Connect
  .
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and secure mobile application development.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale or customer-facing mobile applications.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
