In this senior role, you will leverage 7+ years of expertise to design, build, and deploy intelligent workflows and cloud-native applications. Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to implement secure automation and integrations that meet complex business needs. Play a key part in fostering innovation and mentoring junior engineers while supporting operational excellence with AI-driven practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable Service Now AI solutions
• Develop intelligent workflows using AI Agents and automation
• Build REST APIs and integrations for enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose lasting solutions
• Mentor engineers, contributing to best practices
Requirements:
• 7+ years in software engineering, app development
• 4+ years of Service Now development experience
• Proficient in JavaScript and Service Now scripting
• Experience with APIs and automation technologies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
