Lead application development initiatives as an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst s full-time senior position focuses on innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
In this role, you will drive the integration of application systems in partnership with management teams, utilizing your extensive experience in programming and systems analysis. You’ll play a key part in mentoring other developers while ensuring compliance with architecture standards. Your expertise in Java, Python, and cloud-native application delivery will be essential as you tackle high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with management to deploy system enhancements
• Analyze and resolve high-impact business processes issues
• Ensure application design complies with architecture specs
• Develop coding, testing, and debugging standards
• Advise and coach mid-level development teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in applications development
• Expertise in full stack development with Java or Python
• Experience with Spring Boot and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Understanding of Gen AI tools and concepts
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
