• Own delivery for design-time and runtime capabilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture teams

• Champion integration of AI and automation in engineering practices

Requirements:

• Experience managing engineering teams in SaaS development

• Strong background in Java and modern backend technologies

• Proven skills in cloud application architecture on platforms like AWS

• Experience with AI/ML integration in software products
