This role calls for a Lead Salesforce Developer with at least three years of practical experience in Financial Services Cloud. The ideal candidate has a solid background in the insurance domain, complemented by significant CI/CD knowledge using tools like Git and SFDX.

Your role will also involve integrating APIs while leading technical projects and ensuring high standards of quality through mentoring and unit testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the FSC data model and relationships

• Manage integration points utilizing both REST and SOAP APIs

• Apply CI/CD practices with tools like Gearset and Flosum

• Oversee technical delivery and developer mentoring

• Maintain strong unit testing practices for quality assurance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience—especially Financial Services Cloud

• Familiarity with policy lifecycle and claims in the insurance sector

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as SFDX or Copado

• Knowledge of API integration methods and best practices

• Strong focus on unit testing and code quality metrics
