Zebra’s Engineering Customer Response Team is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead support efforts for Android data capture technologies. In this role, you'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of Android AOSP to troubleshoot complex system issues, particularly within the NFC and RFID domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to develop AI-driven solutions enhancing support workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer support for Zebra Android products portfolio

• Diagnose and solve complex system-level software issues

• Analyze logs and debug AOSP source code rigorously

• Integrate AI solutions for workflow automation and support

• Collaborate with customers on data-capture use cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years in software engineering, preferably customer-facing

• Proficient in Android AOSP debugging and development

• Strong programming in Java, C, C++, Python

• Experience with NFC/RFID technologies preferred
