• Candidates interested in this post are required to plan, test and implement annual Service Now platform version upgrades and related patches working at this post.
• People who applied for this post are also required to maintain implemented modules, including access and permission,s, to maintain the Service Now licensing compliance working at this post.
• Candidates interested in this post are required to conduct troubleshooting to identify the cause of technical issues and respond to and resolve incidents and requests submitted while working at this post.
• People who applied for this post are required to perform quality assurance testing and facilitate user acceptance testing working at this post.
• Applicants interested in this post are required to configure integrations between Service Now and other systems to enable seamless communication and data exchange using APIs and data load tools working at this post.

• Candidates must have completed post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of recent and relevant application development working at this post.
• They must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing, configuring, enhancing and maintaining the Service Now platform and modules such as ITMand , ITAM to be considered as an asset for this post.
• Applicants Interested in this post must have prior experience with integrating Service Now with other platforms, such as SCCM and Intune.
• They must have to be a Certified Service Now System Administrator and Certified Service Now Application Developer to be considered as an asset for this post.

• Applicants must have proven experience in Service Now workflows with the ability to design, build and deploy Service Request workflows and Service Catalog items to be eligible for this post.
