As an AI Lead Engineer and Technical Lead, you will combine hands-on coding with technical direction for Citi's Services AI Platform. Build full-stack components, multi-tenant agents, and retrieval systems for enterprise workflows. Use AWS, generative AI, and model development skills to deliver production-ready platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Python and Angular AI platform components
Design multi-tenant agents with ReAct and ReWOO orchestration
Develop Model Context Protocol servers and API boundaries
Implement Knowledge Graph RAG, LightRAG, and RAPTOR pipelines
Collaborate across subject matter, UI, and API teams
Requirements:
10 or more years of software engineering experience
5 or more years delivering production AI and machine learning solutions
2 or more years of hands-on generative AI experience
3 or more years leading technical teams and platform delivery
Practical AWS experience and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree
Bring technical leadership, AWS expertise, and production AI engineering skills to Citi's Services AI Platform in Mississauga.
