Build strategic Java reference data platforms for a global bank, using Spring Boot, SQL, REST services, Kafka, and Redis across a global team.

This Senior Java Developer owns key projects and components supporting organizational information gathering and data access. The work spans analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment within an agile Scrum environment. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Production Support, infrastructure teams, and technology vendors while following engineering excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strategic reference data platforms for business users
Deliver development projects within agreed schedule, quality, and scope
Participate throughout the SDLC in agile Scrum
Enhance components for performance and scalability requirements
Provide level three application escalation support

Requirements:

At least six years of Java experience
Experience with Core Java, JDBC, multithreading, Collections, and I/O
Spring Boot, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database knowledge
REST services, Kafka, Redis, Unix commands, and shell scripting
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
