As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will design, develop, test, implement, maintain and support Service Now applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project leaders and technical teams while creating platform capabilities, workflows, integrations and documentation. The work includes custom-scoped solutions and complex technical issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements, dependencies and business needs
Design and support Service Now applications and modules
Build integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub
Create specifications, workflows, test results and documentation
Resolve technical issues and coordinate project activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and three to five years’ experience
Hands-on JavaScript development on Service Now
Experience with REST, LDAP, Active Directory or JDBC
Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder
Strong consulting, communication and problem-solving skills
