Lead application development for Citi's Institutional Services Group within the Institutional Clients Group. Shape high-availability systems serving global institutional clients, while guiding architecture, delivery, and platform modernization. The role requires Java, Spring Boot, REST, cloud-ready architecture, and enterprise CRM experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead CRM and financial application architecture and development
Deliver microservices solutions using Java and Spring Boot
Own roadmaps for stability, quality, and functionality
Automate zero-downtime release pipelines across platforms
Mentor cross-functional engineering teams of 20 or more
Requirements:
10+ years developing and managing enterprise CRM applications
10+ years architecting high-availability financial systems
Expert Java 10 or above and Spring ecosystem proficiency
Experience with Kafka, TIBCO, and Apache MQ over SSL
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical engineering experience
Lead Citi's high-availability application strategy through Java, microservices, architecture, and engineering team leadership.
