Position: Sea Logistics ISC Operational Care Specialist - 12 Month Contract

How you create impact

The Sea Logistics International Supply Chain Operational Care Specialist will work closely with customer service, operations, and sales teams to enhance operational accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will manage SOPs/MOPs, create and maintain customer‑specific reports, lead root‑cause analysis efforts, and support both internal and external business reviews.

Drive operational excellence, service consistency, and data quality for assigned account(s).

Proactively improve customer experience through quality checks, system updates, and performance reporting.

Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales to ensure seamless execution.

Review customer and KN processes; update and maintain SOPs and MOPs to reflect current requirements.

Create, manage, and analyze reports for both client needs and KN operations.

Lead root‑cause analysis for non-compliances and manage corrective action processes.

Conduct internal and external performance reviews, including QBRs and annual business reviews.

Lead client communication and daily reporting as the ISC Control Tower Manager.

Ensure all Company KPIs and data quality standards are achieved.

What we would like you to bring

Experience in Sea Logistics, including origin booking processes

Experience working with large corporate customers

Strong understanding of the sea freight industry, markets, CFS consolidation, and last‑mile milestone updates

Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade/transportation

Business analytics or supply chain analytics experience is an asset

Advanced MS Excel skills;
Power BI or Tableau is a plus

Completion of CIFFA, CITT, PLog, or similar transportation‑related training is an asset

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
