As a Flight Coordinator, you will work hand-in-hand with flight crews and client managers to ensure smooth trip execution across our fleet.

Your role will involve managing all aspects of flight arrangements, including itinerary accuracy, customs scheduling, and risk assessments for new destinations. You'll also assist in trip quoting and support charter sales by identifying effective routes that prioritize safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams throughout the flight management process

• Ensure duty time compliance for flight crew per Standard Operating Procedures

• Manage customs scheduling and confirm flight assignments

• Handle foreign government permits for international flights

• Monitor and provide critical updates on airport and weather conditions

Requirements:

• Aviation management degree or equivalent experience

• Strong background in customer service and aviation regulations

• Prior experience in business aviation is a plus

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must adapt well in high-pressure situations
