Description
As a  Shipper and Receiver , you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely movement of equipment and materials in and out of our facility. This includes organizing shipments, receiving incoming materials, documenting transactions, and supporting the Rental Technicians with equipment logistics and handling.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

Prepare and package outgoing rental and sales equipment

Document shipping and receiving transactions accurately in the system

Label and organize materials and equipment in the warehouse and yard

Assist in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or other equipment

Support rental equipment staging, inventory, and movement

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, and common areas

Requirements

Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse logistics

Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping documentation

Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certified preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist other departments as needed

Able to lift/move heavy equipment (100+ lbs.), work at heights, and in confined spaces

Willingness to work outside regular hours for after-hours calls as needed
