In this supervisory position, you will oversee 11-15 truck drivers, driving organizational improvements and leading training efforts. With 2-3 years of trucking experience required, you will ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly followed while managing daily schedules and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee truck drivers and their work projects

• Propose measures to enhance operational methods

• Coordinate training and scheduling of activities

• Enforce health and safety protocols in the workplace

• Order necessary materials and equipment for tasks

Requirements:

• Hold a Class 1/1F/A Licence for semi-trucks

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory trucking experience

• Familiarity with MS Excel, Office, and Outlook

• Have a valid driver's licence and personal vehicle

• Requirement of steel-toed safety boots and bondable status
