Position: Logistics Operations Assistant Needed
Uni Uni seeks a proactive Logistics Operations Assistant to enhance our delivery processes. Work night shifts, support driver operations, and ensure effective workflow management.

In this essential role, you will aid the Operations Manager and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal logistics performance. You will manage driver oversight and schedule deliveries, while also addressing any package issues that arise. Your efforts in monitoring delivery metrics will be crucial for our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in team coordination

• Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance

• Plan delivery routes for maximum efficiency

• Troubleshoot issues with deliveries and packages

• Monitor drivers’ performance via KPIs

Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Mandarin; basic French a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with general computer software

• Must possess a personal vehicle and valid license

• Open to variable shifts and overtime work
