Position: Shipping and Receiving Specialist Role
Become a Shipping and Receiving Specialist with Silent-Aire Limited! This position focuses on maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of shipping operations.

In this vital role, you will report to the Inventory Supervisor and will be responsible for all aspects of shipment management. Your tasks will include loading/unloading materials, sorting shipments, and processing necessary documentation in Sage. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred as you ensure that all protocols are followed for safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process shipments and prepare accurate paperwork

• Sort and distribute incoming shipments to departments

• Ensure secure loading and unloading of deliveries

• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies

• Conduct regular quality checks on shipped goods

Requirements:

• At least two years in shipping and receiving

• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and similar equipment

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication capabilities and teamwork

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
