Position: Metro Supply Chain Delivery Supervisor

This supervisory role demands a candidate with extensive experience in home delivery and the ability to conduct thorough audits. You will be responsible for KPIs tracking and developing comprehensive training programs for delivery personnel. Collaborating with the compliance team, your focus will also be on upholding Metro's safety standards during onboarding and ongoing training procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor delivery partner compliance and SOP adherence

• Collaborate on training material creation

• Conduct audits for product handling and customer service

• Track performance metrics and feedback

• Support compliance documentation processes

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of home delivery experience

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Clean driving record for 5 years

• Preferably from the transportation sector
