Support the logistics team as a Shipping Office Clerk at Conestoga Cold Storage in Ontario. This full-time role is pivotal in coordinating deliveries and managing documentation.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling drivers, ensuring delivery accuracy, and maintaining all necessary records. Effective communication and acute attention to detail are vital to uphold the standards of our operations while complying with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter purchase orders for shipping transactions

• Create bills of lading for outgoing loads

• Schedule and dispatch inbound and outbound shipments

• Verify shipment information through careful inspection

• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred

• Customer service background is advantageous

• Strong math and computer proficiency required

• Self-motivated with ability to take on extra tasks
