Position: Efficient Warehouse Assistant Needed

In this role, you will assist the Warehouse Manager with operations while supervising drivers and organizing delivery routes. Other responsibilities include tackling delivery issues, unloading freight, and keeping the warehouse clean. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance workflows and ensure objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing team efficiency and logistics

• Manage and supervise driver tasks and routes

• Resolve issues with problematic packages

• Utilize pallet jacks for unloading freight

• Organize and clean post-shipment warehouse areas

Requirements:

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Legally able to work in Canada

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Flexibility for variable shifts or overtime

• Spirit of collaboration and teamwork
