Skyservice is seeking a Chief Pilot to supervise and manage flight crew members. This vital position requires a focus on regulatory compliance, leadership, and the development of safe operational procedures. You will work closely with flight operations and maintenance teams, ensuring seamless execution of flights while adhering to Company policies and Transport Canada guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support flight crew members in operations

• Develop safe and efficient standard operating procedures

• Provide coaching and performance management to pilots and attendants

• Prepare technical data on new routes and aerodromes

• Process accident and incident reports efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License and medical certificate

• Minimum three years as Pilot-in-Command of a commuter aircraft

• Previous managerial experience in a CARs aviation environment

• In-depth knowledge of the Commercial Operations Manual

• Record free of accidents, incidents, or violations
