In this role, the Advance Planner will be responsible for assessing driver, tractor, and trailer availability to align with operational demands. You will collaborate with Regional Planners, utilizing your proven analytical skills to forecast needs and develop strategic responses.

Your role will also enhance cost control and maximize driver utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze driver and equipment availability for efficiency

• Forecast operational needs based on volume trends

• Develop communication strategies for Fleet Management

• Support initiatives for process improvement

• Address operational issues proactively and effectively

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in transportation or logistics preferred

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Strong collaborative approach in team environments

• Critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of strategic business alignment
