This is a full-time, on-site role for an LTL Dispatcher located in Mississauga, ON. The LTL Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule Less‑Than‑Truckload (LTL) shipments, monitor delivery status, and ensure timely communication with drivers and customers.

• Organize and optimize driver routes.
• Address logistics concerns.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations.
• Build positive relationships with vendors, drivers, and clients.
• Monitor delivery status and ensure timely communication with drivers and customers.

• Experience in logistics coordination, dispatch operations, and route optimization.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling, record‑keeping, and data entry.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety practices, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to quickly solve problems, handle high‑pressure situations, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in dispatching tools and logistics software is an asset.
