- Liaise with Flight Coordination and Sales teams
- Support daily operational activities on reserve days
- Foster collaboration among crew members
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
- 500 hours PIC in multi‑engine aircraft
- Hands‑on experience with flight management systems
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
