You will manage an in-house fleet, drive continuous improvement in dispatch processes, and work closely with customer service to create cost-effective operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize truck utilization and productivity through effective dispatch

• Collaborate with customer service to address issues promptly

• Drive performance management for in-house drivers and owner operators

• Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations

• Facilitate driver onboarding and orientation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in logistics and dispatch management

• Degree in transportation or logistics preferred

• Proven skills in analytical thinking and dispute resolution

• Competence in MS Office and transportation management software

• Required in-office presence at least three days per week
