Our company is seeking an experienced
DISPATCHER
to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in transportation.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm

This position has a rotational after-hours support component, and pays an On-Call Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate rates with carriers and problem solving .
• Coordinate and manage deliveries and pick-ups.
• Oversee and manage issues that arise after-hours.
• Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.

• 3+ Years of Experience in the Transportation Industry
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite) an asset
• Proficient with Truckmate (TMW) an asset
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
