Position: Full-Time Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher at Groupe Touchette, you will manage delivery operations with precision. Your responsibilities include scheduling routes based on incoming orders, preparing delivery documentation, and maintaining communication with the service department. Key Responsibilities:

• Check for new orders in the computerized system

• Schedule delivery routes according to current orders

• Prepare delivery orders with specific driver instructions

• Oversee loading sequence of delivery trucks

• Provide telephone support to delivery drivers

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of dispatching experience

• Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Word and Excel

• Strong knowledge of regional road networks

• Excellent communication skills
