Class 1 Shunt Driver - Bison Transport

Residing in the Mississauga area is preferred, along with a minimum of 12 months over-the-road driving experience. The role involves crucial tasks such as trailer movement, staging, and operational support on the dock. Bison's training prepares you to work alongside dedicated coordinators while prioritizing safety and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute efficient trailer movements within the yard

• Stage and perform quick inspections on trailers

• Utilize forklift and assist with dock operations

• Report to the Shunt Coordinator and other teams

• Engage in general shop and yard responsibilities

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Class 1/AZ license

• At least 12 months of driving experience required

• Prior shunt experience is a plus

• Organized with excellent customer service aptitudes

• Experience with smartphone technology essential
