Commercial Driver at GMS

In this role, you will operate a commercial vehicle to transport materials efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities include communicating with customers and dispatch, preparing trucks for delivery, and verifying load accuracy. A valid Class 5 / G driver's license and a commitment to safety are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to designated areas as instructed

• Prioritize your safety and others on the job

• Professionally communicate with customers and coworkers

• Keep in contact with dispatch to handle issues

• Load trucks securely and assist in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 / G driver’s license with no infractions

• Proficient in written and verbal communication

• Familiarity with basic math and hand tools

• Physical ability to lift up to 100lbs

• Completion of high school preferred
