Senior Flight Operations Coordinator

Coordinate complex flight operations for Skyservice Business Aviation, using aviation regulations, operational judgment, and detailed trip planning. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
As a Flight Coordination Specialist, you provide first-level operational support for Flight Coordinators and act as the primary contact for assigned aircraft. You coordinate routes, itineraries, customs, airport slots, catering, transportation, and crew logistics. The position supports consistent fleet execution through quality assurance, issue resolution, mentorship, and coaching. You also collaborate with Flight Crew, Maintenance, Account Managers, clients, and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare compliant flight routing and trip itineraries
Coordinate international trips, services, changes, and recovery requirements
Monitor weather, airports, airspace, and aircraft positioning
Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
Mentor Flight Coordinators and support competency development
Requirements:
Post-secondary aviation diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum three years in flight management, dispatch, or coordination
Knowledge of CARs, FAA, or EASA requirements
Strong judgment, organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Flight Operating System and Microsoft Office proficiency
