Aviation Trip Planning Specialist

Plan and monitor business aviation trips for Skyservice, using strong organization and communication skills. Coordinate routes, schedules, and client requirements through flight completion.
As a Flight Coordinator, you will support charter sales, flight quoting, and route planning while coordinating operational details across Skyservice’s fleet. You will provide information to Flight Crew and Client Account Managers, monitor changing conditions, and support client profile updates. French and English bilingualism is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist charter sales with trip quotes and route planning
Provide operational updates during monitored flights
Track airport conditions, weather, and air traffic restrictions
Coordinate changes with crews, Maintenance, and account managers
Update flight data and client profiles after trips
Requirements:
College diploma or degree in business or aviation
Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
Initiative and sound decision-making under pressure
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
French and English bilingualism is an asset
Use trip planning, operational monitoring, communication, and coordination skills to support Skyservice’s business aviation clients.
