** About the Position:
** The primary responsibility of this role is to support the client services department with pick-ups, deliveries, and order preparation for customers in the Oshawa, Peterborough, and eastern extent of the GTA .  
** Specific Responsibilities
*** Conduct client deliveries and pick-ups as needed
* Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle and perform daily operational checks
* Ensure records and supplies are complete and accurate
* Prepare and organize orders to client-supplied specifications
* Assist with the proper packing and daily shipping to clients and to ALS locations
* Work safely, drive safely and follow safety requirements in the Safety Manual and communicate all safety concerns or incidents to Safety Rep
* Provide customer feedback to client services personnel  
** Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
*** Good organizational skills to handle fluctuating workload and prioritizing work;
* Attention to detail and great customer service skills required;
* Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
* Good computer skills, including email, Microsoft suite;
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team;
* Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.  
** Required Qualifications
*** Grade 12 diploma;
* Current and valid Ontario driver’s license (class G) with clean driving history and a minimum of 3 years driving experience. Abstract required;
* No physical limitations that would prevent the candidate from securing additional licenses or maintain current license (ex. Medication);
* No conditions that would prohibit the driving of long distances;
* Previous Warehouse experience will be an asset;
* Previous shipping receiving experience will be an asset.  
** Physical Demands
*** Manual dexterity to perform intricate and/or repetitive tasks;
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry for short distances;
* Extensive walking or movement, bending, kneeling, and carrying;
* Able to stand or sit for a full shift;
* Able to climb stairs.
* You may be exposed to unpleasant odours;
* Please note that ALS operates 24/7 and will require day, afternoon, and graveyard shift work including weekends.
** Our Benefits Include:
*** An estimated hourly pay of $22.27

CAD at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
