Customer Service Route Driver LFL

Keep customers informed and routes on track as an LFL Group Driver, combining safe transportation with responsive service communication.
This full-time Driver FT Incentive role supports reliable transportation for Leon’s Furniture Limited and its Canadian operations. You will deliver goods or transport passengers to assigned destinations, follow traffic laws and company policies, and provide timely status updates. Accurate records and vehicle care are also central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport goods or passengers to assigned destinations safely
Manage routes efficiently within scheduled time frames
Provide delivery updates to dispatchers and customers
Resolve delivery or service issues through communication
Document fuel use, mileage, deliveries, incidents, and delays
Requirements:
Valid Canadian licence appropriate to the vehicle class
Clean driving history with no recent violations or accidents
Ability to pass company-required background and drug screening
Physical ability to load and unload when needed
Basic literacy and numeracy for records and communication
Apply safe driving, customer service, route management, and accurate documentation skills within LFL Group’s transportation operations.
