We are currently hiring a Reach Operator with 2–3 years of experience to support warehouse operations for one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse setting. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and a strong understanding of warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck to load, unload, and store products in designated locations
• Move materials efficiently to support shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
• Perform visual and physical checks to ensure the accuracy and condition of items
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized workspaces
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required (e.g., picking/packing, staging, wrapping pallets)
• Complete paperwork or scanning to track material movement and storage

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck license/certification
• 2–3 years of hands-on reach truck experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• Strong understanding of safe lift operation and warehouse safety standards
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy with inventory and order handling
• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems
• Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other equipment (e.g., counterbalance, walkie, or order picker)
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Previous experience working in food, retail, or e-commerce distribution
• Ability to work flexible shifts or weekends when required
